Terms & Legal
WoW Forever Name
Last revised: 27 October 2026
Welcome to WoW Forever Name. These Terms & Legal provisions explain how our name discovery service works, the conditions applicable to its use, and the rights and responsibilities associated with accessing free and paid features.
By using this website, you agree to comply with the applicable conditions below. If you purchase Forever Explorer, the provisions relating to payment, digital content, access and cancellation also apply to your purchase.
1. About the Service
WoW Forever Name is an independently operated online character-name discovery service intended for entertainment, gaming and creative purposes.
The service provides access to a curated collection of two-part names that users may explore, save, copy and consider for characters in compatible video games or other creative settings.
The service is an independent naming utility. It does not create, register, reserve or guarantee ownership of character names within any game or third-party platform.
Users are responsible for checking the rules, naming restrictions and availability requirements of any game or service in which they intend to use a suggested name.
2. Available Features
The website offers both free and optional paid functionality.
Free Access
Free users may browse a curated starter collection, save favourite names locally on their device, copy suggested names and export their saved selections where supported.
Free browsing does not require an account.
The free collection is finite. The order in which names appear may be randomised, and previously viewed names may reappear when a collection is deliberately restarted.
Forever Explorer
Forever Explorer is an optional paid upgrade that provides access to additional curated names and enhanced discovery functionality.
Current Premium features include:
An expanded curated name catalogue
Race and Class filtering for supported combinations
Multi-Card Browse
Other explicitly identified Premium features available at the time of purchase
The scope of the Premium offering is described at checkout.
Features described as planned, experimental or coming soon are not included in a purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and Payment
Forever Explorer is currently available for a one-time purchase price of £0.99 GBP.
This is a single purchase, not a recurring subscription. No automatic renewal is associated with the purchase.
The final price, including any applicable taxes and charges, will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.
Payment is processed through Stripe's payment infrastructure. For eligible transactions, Stripe Managed Payments may act as merchant of record in accordance with the applicable checkout terms.
The website operator remains responsible for providing the underlying naming service and applicable product support.
Payment-card information is processed through Stripe. WoW Forever Name does not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
A purchase is considered successfully completed only when the payment has been verified by the payment infrastructure and the associated access entitlement has been recorded.
4. Account Registration and Access
Free browsing does not require account registration.
Access to Forever Explorer requires authentication so that purchase entitlements can be securely associated with a customer and restored when necessary.
Supported authentication methods may include Google, Apple and passwordless email sign-in.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their chosen authentication method and for protecting their accounts against unauthorised use.
Where Apple private-email relay or a different email identity is used, separate accounts may be created. Customers should use the original verified sign-in method to restore an existing purchase unless account linking has been explicitly supported.
We may take proportionate measures to prevent fraud, unauthorised access or abuse of the service.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
Forever Explorer is delivered electronically through the website.
Following successful payment verification, eligible Premium functionality is normally made available through the customer's authenticated account.
No physical goods are supplied.
Delivery requires a functioning internet connection and a compatible browser or device.
If purchased access is not made available, the customer should contact support@wowforevername.com so that the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.
Purchase confirmation and applicable contractual information must be supplied in a form the customer can retain.
6. Saved Names and Local Device Storage
The website allows users to save names for later reference.
Saved selections and free browsing progress are generally stored locally within the user's browser or device rather than automatically synchronised with an online account.
Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing may therefore result in the loss of locally saved selections.
Where export functionality is available, customers are encouraged to retain a separate copy of important saved names.
Restoration of Premium purchasing rights does not necessarily restore locally saved favourites.
7. Name Availability and Suitability
Names displayed by the service are suggestions only.
We do not represent or warrant that any particular name is:
Available for registration in a specific game
Compliant with every game's naming policy
Unique within a game, region or server
Free from all possible third-party claims
Appropriate for every audience or purpose
Guaranteed to remain available in the future
Game developers and platform operators retain control over their own naming policies and enforcement decisions.
Customers should independently verify suitability before selecting or attempting to register a character name.
Race and Class classifications represent curated recommendations and are not guarantees of compatibility with third-party games or future game versions.
8. Intellectual Property
The website's original interface, branding, software and original curated catalogue organisation are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law.
Individual words, common expressions and generic names are not claimed as exclusively owned merely because they appear in the catalogue.
Customers may copy and use suggested names for ordinary personal gameplay and creative activities, subject to applicable third-party rights and policies.
The purchase of Forever Explorer provides a personal, non-exclusive right to access the paid features of the service. It does not transfer ownership of the website's software, database structure or other protected materials.
Users must not reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially republish substantial protected portions of the catalogue or website without permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to intentionally interfere with the proper operation, security or availability of the website.
Prohibited behaviour includes:
Attempting to bypass payment or authentication controls
Accessing another person's account or purchase information without authorisation
Extracting protected content through unauthorised automated means
Circumventing reasonable access restrictions or security controls
Attempting to compromise the website's underlying infrastructure
Using the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity
These conditions do not restrict activities expressly permitted by applicable law.
We may take reasonable and proportionate measures to address misuse, including restricting abusive access where justified.
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to maintain a functional and accessible service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to hosting availability, maintenance, infrastructure limits, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The collection of names and supported functionality may evolve over time.
We may correct errors, remove problematic content, improve compatibility information and make reasonable technical changes.
Nothing in these Terms permits us to withdraw paid functionality or materially reduce a customer's purchased rights without providing any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
A one-time purchase is not a promise of perpetual website hosting or unlimited future feature development. Any changes to ongoing access remain subject to the customer's contractual and statutory rights.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Forever Explorer is a one-time purchase providing immediate access to additional curated digital content and related online discovery functionality.
We do not provide an additional voluntary change-of-mind refund guarantee beyond the rights required by applicable law.
Immediate Digital Content
Where a purchase qualifies as digital content supplied otherwise than on a tangible medium, the customer's statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, provided the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions have been met.
Customers requesting immediate access may be asked to expressly consent to immediate digital-content supply and acknowledge the resulting effect on cancellation rights.
Online Service Elements
Where the purchase includes an ongoing online-service element, the statutory cancellation provisions applicable to services may differ.
Any applicable cancellation rights for such elements remain unaffected. Where legislation permits, a proportionate charge may apply to services expressly requested and supplied during the cancellation period.
Faults and Other Statutory Remedies
Nothing in this policy removes customers' statutory rights if digital content or services are faulty, misdescribed, unavailable or not supplied as agreed.
Customers experiencing problems accessing paid content should contact support@wowforevername.com.
Refunds, where due or approved, will be processed through the applicable payment provider.
Following a confirmed full refund, access to the refunded Premium purchase may be withdrawn, subject to applicable legal rights.
Customers may request cancellation information or support by emailing support@wowforevername.com. Where statutory cancellation rights apply, a clear cancellation request by email is sufficient. Any legally required model cancellation information must remain available.
12. Third-Party Services
The website relies on third-party technology providers for functions such as hosting, authentication and payment processing.
These providers may operate under their own privacy and service terms.
We are not responsible for independent decisions made by external video-game publishers, payment networks or other third-party platforms.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities that applicable law places on us for the services we provide.
13. Independent Fan-Service Disclaimer
WoW Forever Name is an independently developed fantasy character-name discovery tool.
It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected to Blizzard Entertainment or its affiliates.
World of Warcraft, Warcraft, Blizzard Entertainment and any related trademarks or protected materials belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party games, races or classes are intended to identify relevant gaming contexts and do not imply endorsement, authorisation or an official partnership.
No guarantees are given that suggested names will be accepted or available within any particular game.
14. Liability and Consumer Rights
We take reasonable care in providing the website and the functionality described at the time of purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from a customer's independent selection or use of a suggested character name, including rejection by a third-party game or another player registering the same name.
We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies under applicable law.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy & Device Storage Notice below.
That notice explains the information collected for authentication, purchases and service operation, and the rights available to users under applicable data-protection legislation.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal requirements, operational changes, security needs or changes to the functionality of the service.
The date of the most recent revision will appear at the beginning of the document.
Material changes affecting existing purchasers will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and consumer protection obligations.
Updated Terms do not automatically remove rights already acquired through a completed purchase.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.

For data-protection enquiries, contact support@wowforevername.com.
The website operator determines the purposes and means of processing personal information used to operate the name discovery service, subject to the responsibilities of independent providers such as Stripe.
2. Information We Collect
Free browsing does not require users to provide their names or create an account.
Where users register or purchase Premium access, we may process:
Email addresses
Authentication identifiers and sign-in-provider information
Purchase and transaction references
Premium entitlement status
Relevant account, security and access information
Customer-support correspondence
Payment-card details are handled by Stripe, rather than stored directly by the website.
Technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and error records may be processed where necessary for hosting, authentication, security and troubleshooting, depending on the configured service providers.
3. Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
Authenticate users
Deliver and restore purchased Premium access
Maintain purchase records
Respond to support and refund enquiries
Protect the service against fraud and unauthorised access
Fulfil applicable accounting and legal obligations
Maintain the operation and security of the website
The applicable legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in maintaining a secure, functional service.
Where consent is legally required for optional activities, such as certain non-essential tracking, we will seek that consent separately.
4. Saved Names and Browser Storage
Saved names and browsing progress are generally retained locally on the visitor's device.
This information is not automatically synchronised across devices.
Users may remove saved names through available controls or by clearing the relevant browser storage.
Removing browser storage may also remove locally retained preferences and browsing progress.
The website uses browser storage or cookies where necessary for account authentication, security, checkout and other requested functionality.
5. Service Providers
We use Lovable Cloud and its underlying infrastructure for website functionality, authentication and protected catalogue access.
We use Stripe for payment processing and related transaction handling.
Google and Apple may process authentication information where users choose their respective sign-in methods.
These providers may operate according to their own privacy policies and contractual responsibilities.
The website loads Cinzel and Alegreya fonts from Google Fonts. Lovable provides hosting and technical error logging for service operation and troubleshooting.
6. Data Sharing and International Processing
Personal information is shared with service providers only where relevant to delivering the service, processing purchases, maintaining security, providing support or complying with legal obligations.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where UK data-protection rules apply to international transfers, those transfers are subject to the applicable data-protection requirements.
7. Data Retention
Account and purchase records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased access, manage transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Some records may need to be retained after account closure where legally required.
Authentication records, technical logs and customer correspondence may be subject to different retention arrangements.
8. Your Data-Protection Rights
Subject to the applicable law and circumstances, users may request access to their personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, portability of eligible data or objection to certain processing activities.
Users may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Requests can be sent to support@wowforevername.com.
Users have the right to raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
9. Marketing and Analytics
The initial website does not intend to use advertising-tracking technologies or send unsolicited marketing emails.
Purchase-related and authentication emails are service communications rather than promotional subscriptions.
Where non-essential cookies or comparable storage require consent, appropriate controls will be implemented before they are used.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice when our data practices, service providers, legal requirements or features change.
Material changes to personal-data processing will be communicated as required by applicable data-protection law.
The current version will remain accessible through the website.
